Sony Xperia Nexus 5.5inch.

These are expected to hit shelves with top-of-the-line hardware specs packed inside, though chances are that none of them would sport features that have been included in the Sony Xperia Nexus concept coming from Killu Chan.
 
With 128GB of storage packed inside and 4GB of RAM to offer increased performance capabilities, the device was conceived with a 5.5-inch touchscreen on the front, capable of an HD resolution and 408 ppi density. 

With Gorilla Glass 2 protection on top, the screen also offers support for multitouch, being capable of receiving input from up to 10 fingers.

The concept phone sports an Nvidia Tegra 4 quad-core 2.1 GHz processor inside, along with an 18-megapixel photo snapper on the back, with Xenon flash and image stabilization, as well as with a 3.15MP camera on the front for making video calls.

 The specs list of this Xperia Nexus concept also includes LTE, HSDPA 42 Mbps, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, DLNA, microHDMI, a Li-Ion 3500 mAh battery, and wireless charging.

As one would expect, the concept phone is powered by Google’s Android Key Lime Pie operating system flavor, thus offering a variety of enhancements over the current devices. Unfortunately, this is only a concept for the time being, though the specs of the device are not farfetched, and they might make it inside commercially available smartphones in the not too distant future.
